Services & starting prices
What we do, and what it starts at
Every job is quoted properly once we know the property — but these are the real starting figures, so you know where you stand before you pick up the phone.
Prices are starting points and depend on property size, access and materials. Tell us what you need and you'll get a clear figure — not a range that moves once we're in the house.
EV charger installation
Charge at home, fitted and certified
Home charge point supplied and fitted, tested and certified — driveway, garage or on-wall. We check your supply and consumer unit before quoting, so the price you get is the price you pay.
- Supply and consumer unit checked before we quote
- Neat cable runs on driveways, garages and outside walls
- Tested and certified on completion
Before & after
Same room, start to finish
The room before we started, and once the new lighting went in.
Why homeowners call us back
Straight answers, tidy work
You know the cost before we lift a tool
No day rates that drift, and no surprise extras at the end. If something changes mid-job, you hear about it and agree it first.
Paperwork you can hand to anyone
Every job is tested and certified, so your certificates stand up with landlords, solicitors, insurers and building control.
The same electrician, start to finish
You deal with the person doing the work — not a call centre or a rotating crew. Dust sheets down, mess lifted, doors closed behind us.

How it works
Three steps, no chasing
Call or send the form
Describe the job in a couple of lines. Photos help. We'll tell you straight away if it's something we cover.
A written quote, quickly

A date that suits you
We agree a start date, turn up when we say we will, and hand over the certificates once the work is signed off.

"Full rewire on a 1930s house. Quoted properly, started when he said he would, and the place was left spotless every evening. Certificates through the same week."
Homeowner — Bangor
"Needed an EICR for a rental at short notice. In and out the same day, a clear report, and the two small faults were fixed for a fair price."
Landlord — Belfast
"EV charger fitted on the gable wall, cable run hidden neatly. He explained the whole thing without any sales talk. Would have him back."

Questions
Before you call
How much is a call-out?
£60. That covers coming out, diagnosing the fault and telling you exactly what's needed. Any repair work is quoted before it starts, so nothing lands on your bill unagreed.
Do you charge for quotes on bigger jobs?
No. Rewires, kitchens, new builds and fire alarm systems all get a free site visit and a written quote with no obligation.
How long does a full rewire take?
A typical three-bedroom house takes four to six working days, depending on access, plaster finish and whether you're living in it while we work. You'll get a realistic timescale with your quote.
Can I get a grant towards an EV charger?
Grant schemes change regularly and eligibility depends on your property and circumstances, so we'll tell you honestly what's available at the time you enquire rather than promise a figure up front.
Will I get certificates for the work?
Yes. Every job is tested and certified, and you get the paperwork you need for landlords, solicitors, insurers or building control.
How far will you travel from Bangor?
Up to 50 miles from BT20, which covers most of Northern Ireland — Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownards, Downpatrick, Carrickfergus, Larne, Ballymena, Banbridge, Newry, Armagh and everywhere in between.
